Extremely unhappy!!

Tonight my sister and I went to pnp express (Sunny Rock Bedfordview) as we needed petrol and our Tyre was flat. We were assisted by a lovely gentleman by the name of ****a who told us we were having a puncher. We were told to park at the parking area so that he could assist in changing the Tyre for us. He was helped by a fellow attendant (Langton), As they were busy their manager came and shouted at them. The first time we let it slide until he came for the second time and shouted again in front of us which is completely unacceptable. I told the gentleman that I was not impressed with how he handled his staff. The 2 guys went beyond their duty at assisting us and did a superb job, I do not understand why they were treated in such a disgusting manner. I later saw the same manager (Shaabir) push his staff member (Langton) of cause when I lost it he said they were playing.. The poor staff members looked like they are scared of him. This can't be tolerated!!! That manager needs to apologies to those guys because all they did was give good service.
