Extremely shocking and useless service!

Had the worst experience with this app! I placed my order at 3pm, after waiting 4 HOURS, I get called at 7pm that my order could not be delivered because there were not enough drivers and they will need to cancel the order! How do you make a customer wait 4 HOURS only to tell them that you cant deliver!?! I am so shocked and appalled at the lack of concern for customers & below par service! The person that called me was also rude and had zero etiquette on proper customer service! Now I have to wait a whole WEEK before my money is refunded! Don’t not even bother using this app! You will wait for hours only for you delivery to not arrive! Completely useless!
