Extremely rude and **** ?

We went to Pick 'n Pay in Mall of The South on 15/07/2017 at around 13:40. The deli has no official salad bar but they try and we only go there cause of this amazing lady you have there, treats everybody so great, high 5 to her but she wasn't in today.

We got to the till of Xoliswa or Yoliswa and she had a bad attitude from the get to. I paid with a R100 note and received changed, said yes to the plastic but she did not add it, no biggie ??♀️. My friend paid for her goods and asked for a withdrawal of R100, she said she doesn't have money, HOW???? When I just paid with it, her till had other notes but let's leave her lying about the money for now. Her service was terrible. Usually when you have to participate in using the card machines, your regular staff would ASK POLITELY to select the "YES" option and she just flipped the machine and we had to select options while she cancelled options on her end, how is it our job really?

It was the first time seeing this woman or being serviced by her, offered no apology and really we aren't at the yellow retail store where we have to be calling a supervisor because cashiers are behaving untrained, did not expect this from this branch since your regular ladies are so polite no matter how tired or how ****py their days are. Who is this X/Yoliswa woman and Who trained her? Was she trained to lie and make it customer's problems that she "doesn't" have money? And offer ZERO apology? Can someone account please.
