EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM PIC N PAY ASAP-I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Pic n Pay. I placed an urgent order last night at 6 pm, with an expected delivery time between 8 and 8:30 pm. However, at 8:45 pm, the app updated the delivery time to this morning at 8 am. While waiting for my order, I received a WhatsApp message stating that the driver had been trying to call me, but my phone was never answered. Two minutes later, I called the driver, who informed me that he was at the store returning my items and advised me to contact the store.

I then called their support line, and the lady assured me that she would call me back. To make matters worse, one of the items had increased in price by R39.00, and my order was cancelled. The money was refunded into their wallet, which means I am forced to make another purchase from them. This is incredibly poor service. I will not recommend this method of shopping to anyone. They could learn a lot from Checkers. I am very frustrated.
