Extremely Poor Service at Pick n Pay KeyWest

Please note that your store in the Key West has the worst service that I have seen in a long time. We spend on average of R5000 a week if not more as a family in your store. Every time we get to the store, something else is either not working like the conveyer belts at the till points or the staff are so busy talking to each other, screaming over the amount of customers waiting to pay. Today we tried to purchase cigarettes but once again nobody was at the cigarette counter. When complaining to the store manager, we were told that he has called the lady over the intercom and she will come to the counter with no other option of customer service. When the lady arrived at the counter we were told that it’s late so that is why there is nobody to assist with cigarettes. So nevertheless, we left without cigarettes and at this stage I would not recommend your store to anybody and I would really need something urgently before returning back to Pnp Key West or any Pick n Pay store for that matter !!!! I am extremely unhappy!!!
