Extremely poor service

Today I was told by the cashier Eugene that I have to pack my own groceries, even though she had packed for the person in front of me. She was very unfriendly when she asked if i wanted one bag or two...When I asked why she told me that they are short staffed and if I want her to pack I need to ask permission from a supervisor. When I looked around there were groups of employees standing around chatting and doing nothing. Not a supervisor in sight. I told her that is unacceptable and that their staffing problems is not the customer's concern<br> We expect service. She shrugged her shoulders and carried on with the next customer. Overall this branch of PnP has become the most unfriendly and least helpful shop ever. I'd rather drive further from home to shop at CHECKERS, than EVER supporting PnP again.
