Extremely poor Pick 'n Pay asap service delivery!!!

Absolutely let down by the terrible service received from the asap app! Order was placed on 6 September, only to arrive on 7 September. No notification was sent to advise that the order will not be arriving the same day! Now that I am requesting a refund... they cannot do it immediately! Will NEVER use this service again!
