Extremely poor help and support for pick n pay online

Don't bother trying to use pick n pay online help. Calling or emailing will provide zero results. They close out tickets without resolution or communication. I have numerous reference numbers trying to get an answer from them. If they do resolve anything it will take months. Doesn't matter how much you spend with them, in our case a LOT - the customer seems to be irrelevant.
