I Went To One Of Your Branch's Mams Mall Did My Shopping Then Wow I Was Welcomed By This Signage With Red Bold Letters Huggies R149 PI Labels Same Price Okay I Took Huggies As I've Already Had Another Discount Of My Smart Shopper Deals Went To The Terminals When I Arrived Theirs A Cashier Whose Assisting Me I Saw This Nappies Ain't The Same Price With What I Saw On The Shelf I Told The Cashier Who Called Her Till Packer Whom Was Extremely Rude I Walked With Her To Check What I Saw She Then Stopped Along The Way To Go And Fetch A Coke For Her Manager And Didn't Say Anything To Me Then Walked Singing Along The Way When We Get There He Saw The Flash And PI Labels Were Ryt Straight On The Nappies She Called Her Manager SOLLY And Asked Him Whose The Packing This ? I Mean Like I'm Standing Time Wasted Never Regained That Manager Or Supervisor Solly Went Along With Me To The Till Point Then Boom A Cashier Is Assisting Another Customer Moved Our Trolley Aside Then Solly Is Telling Us That Customers Might Be The Ones Who Took The Wrong Nappies And Put Them On That Flash I Mean Like Bulk Of Nappies Are Ryt There And His Blaming Customers For What His Staff And Merchandiser Put On Shelf I Said Ooo Other Customers Were Starring At Me Cause He Was Very Rude I Even Told Him That's Not My Fault And Fact That The First Lady Was Rude He Was Like Ohhh Her Name Is DISEBO You Can Send The Email Then I Said Okay What's The Solution He Said He Must Go To The Store Room I Asked So I Must Wait Again He Went Around Looking For A Void Card I Said Take Your Nappies Cause It's Clear There's No Solution In This He Smiled Voided And Took His Nappies And Left Other Staff Asked Were Is He Going And Why Is He Taking The Nappies So We Are Treated Like Trash I'm Disgusted That They Have Mindset Of There Working Locally And We Black We Must Get Bad Customer Service I'm Never Returning There I Cant Pay And Be Treated Like I'm Being Credited That Money SOLLY NEEDS TRAINING ITS CLEAR IF MANAGERS DONT KNOW THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES AND HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF WONT BE GOOD TOO DISEBO ITS BETTER YOU PACK STOCK CAUSE WORKING WITH STAFF ITS WAY OUT OF YOUR LEAGUE
