Extremely poor atrocious and unacceptable service

Today the 28th of june around 11:00am I went to pick n pay to buy myself lunch to and also withdraw some money from the till.As I was standing on the line waiting to transact a very rude woman by the name of mpho mukgothu came and rudely told me and other customers to stand apart from each and her tone,behaviour as well as the manner she used to address us was so unacceptable as she was extremely rude.I then took it up with her as i also work in customer services in the gautrain and have been in customer service role for 15 years as i worked in a banking environment also as a customer service consultant I felt that she could have addressed such this in a more decent and proper manner as customers in a business should always be treated with love and respect.For her thats not the case as she speaks to customers however she like.Even the lines where we were standing had no order at all and werent moving.Myself and another customer left without buying due to that.We couldn't understand why she was so rude when the lines were not moving even in her presence and also other customers one was in front of me as well as the one behind me complained about her utterances and behavior as she didnt even greet she just came and started rudely pointing fingers and ordering people around.We understand the severity of this virus as we are all faced with it daily everywhere we go and myself when i am at work if a customer is on the wrong I will ask them politely to move and possibly give them reasons why regardless im doing this and in that way the customer will feel safe and appreciated not ridiculed in front of other customers Thats not acceptable.When I asked her for her name she rudely gave it to me and when leaving the store of which i ended leaving whatever that i wanted to do there so did the lady behing seeing what was going on and how she was carrying on also decides to leave without making a purchase. I told her that i am going to report her and what she told me was that i must go ahead and she also threatened to come cause trouble for me at my workplace as i was in full uniform when i went to the store.I am dissapointed as to why pick n pay a place where people buy daily has a manager of her caliber who disrespects customers and does not understand the concept of customer Service.Never again will I ever go to that store rather ill see where to go ad I love pick n pay food but because of a manager like her I will not go there anymore in a fear of being harassed,directed and embarrassed in front of other people.On my way out a security guard joined her in insulting me as she was equally rude and treated me with no respect.I am not a security guard but in in operations in the gautrain and deal with assisting customers to the best of my ability. I am happy for you to even pull the footage and see her behaviour in the store and also do something about this person as she clearly does not have leadership qualities and cannot take care of customers.
