Extremely pathetic service
I am utterly disappointed by pick and pay , yesterday I see a nice deal and I don’t have money so I ask my brother if he can buy for me Baby soft tissue on their app , he didn’t have the app and he then downloads it and place an order … the app loads and constantly go offline on the 25th July…26th early as 5:00am we place the order successfully, promo app**** and we also pay only for the app to keep on changing the delivery time until it said the items are no longer available. We don’t have an alternative because we needed the special, the delivery time keeps changing through out the day…my brother reported the matter on the app but still no assistance then it says order cancelled. Pathetic I tell you

27 Jul 2023, 15:24Hi, since the order was cancelled it’s not showing on the history there I cannot get an order number , it was placed yesterday 26/07/2023. A rain check will do because now the money is in the ASAP app but I don’t have the goods also how did the app allow me to proceed with the order and mislead to getting products delivered only to be cancelled later in the day and now when we go back we cannot even get the products on the price they were initially for that’s unacceptable.
