EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE PICKNPAY HYPERMARKET OTTERY!!!

I am extremely disappointed in the service received from the customer care department at PicknPay Hypermarket Ottery. I went to the audio visual department to purchase the Sony Playstation 4 bundle on promotion (Prices valid 22 June - 12 July 2020 AT PICK N PAY HYPERMARKETS BRACKENFELL AND OTTERY) and was referred to their customer care department to get a Rain check from. When I got to the customer service department I was advised that they cannot give me the rain check as it was sold out. The promotion brochure does not say while stocks last and today is the 07/07/2020 so I am within the promotion period. Why can I not get the PS4 budle as promoted? It seems We can no longer trust PicknPay Hypermarket Ottery....
