Extremely Disappointing Service

I am so disappointed in the service I received from Pick n Pay ASAP. I placed an order on the 27th of February 2022, I was handed my parcel by the driver and he was leaving. I picked up the package to secure it and felt it was wet so I turned it around to have a look, the fresh cream I ordered bust open and leaked and clearly a while ago as the packing was torn open. Already disappointed as I ordered the fresh cream to use to cook Sunday lunch, I called and could not get through and so proceeded to go and get another fresh cream. I had to then log a written complain, I get a response to complaint saying they are sorry for the inconvenience they had a technical glitch which impacted a lot of their customers orders and my ticket was closed which I had to responded to reminding them my issue was with damaged goods and again provided pictures. Eventually I get a response saying Selwyn was dealing with my complaint and I responded to Selwyn with all the information pertaining to my complaint and I get a voucher of R120 on a Thursday afternoon, I see this email on Friday evening and decide to use the voucher on Saturday only for an error to occur saying the voucher is no longer valid, I reported went through everything again to go through to Babalwa who doesn't respond then I received a request for my log in details as well as order number and delivery address (this information was provided and should be stored attached to order number) a few emails later and then Olivier takes over who I send the mail trail to as well as request management details as I have now had 3 calls and numerous emails later and I get no response. I follow up 3 days in a row with Olivier (today being the third day) and still absolutely nothing. I have been a loyal customer ordering on the app between 6 and 15 times a month as well as purchasing in store which my smart shopper will show and not even consideration of my frustration towards this. Raymond Ackerman would be extremely disappointed as his goal was to service communities and build this up.
