Extremely disappointing and ineffective business

I placed an order in June 2021, which was NEVER delivered, but was charged on my credit card. I have sent email after email after email to try and resolve this, to NO avail. I get a generic response, promising to reverse the charge, within 3-5 working days, which NEVER happens. IT HAS BEEN OVER 6 MONTHS!!!!!!!!
