Extremely disappointed with your service and awaiting refund

Good day. A week ago I made a purchase with pick n pay. First of all the delivery took almost 3 hours to get to me. When I called, a representative informed us that delivery takes 3 hours, which is a lie considering their ads advertise for delivery within 60 minutes. Secondly when my parcel arrived two of my products were damaged. I have sent them an email with pictures of the damaged products received. Thirdly i was promised a refund for my two products which I have not yet received. Like I said its been over a week now. When will I be compensated?
