Extremely disappointed with Pnp Keywest

I received the most horrible service from Pick n Pay Keywest, I'm disappointed to say the least. I was at Pick n pay and went to pay at a kiosk as I had two items and when I got to the kiosk I was told that it's closed which I understood. I then proceeded to another counter and received the most horrible attitude from a lady named Tsholo. She also told me that she's closed and no longer taking customers but the manner in which she spoke to me, total disrespect and lots of attitude. She is so rude and knows nothing about customer service.
