🛑 Extremely Disappointed with Pick n Pay Ga-Rankuwa Online Service

I placed a grocery order with Pick n Pay Ga-Rankuwa, expecting delivery by 9:00 AM today. Not only was my money deducted immediately, but as of 11:05 AM, I have received no groceries, no update, and no communication whatsoever.

This is unacceptable. I’m now left without food and without money to make alternative arrangements. The lack of accountability and customer service is shocking—especially when people rely on these deliveries for essential items.

Pick n Pay, you need to do better. This kind of service failure is not just inconvenient—it’s harmful. I expect a full refund and an explanation for this delay. Until then, I cannot recommend this store to anyone.
