Extremely Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with Pick n Pay ASAP. Once again, my order has been delayed, and unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve had issues. On previous occasions my orders have either been cancelled, the wrong groceries were delivered, or the app indicated that refunds had been processed when they had not actually been received. I plan my time around these deliveries, and I’ve had to cancel plans simply to wait for my order to arrive. At this point, there is honestly nothing “ASAP” about the service. This ongoing pattern of poor service is completely unacceptable. I will be escalating this matter further, as it has become incredibly frustrating. I have always been a loyal Pick n Pay customer, but after today’s experience I am seriously reconsidering ever using this service again.
