Extremely bad service from teller.

I had the worst experience with a teller today. Her name is MAUREEN KUNENE. She was throwing everything that I bought to the packer to pack. I asked her not to throw it, as the stuff can break. When I asked her to get me cigarettes, she ignored me and kept on talking to the packer. I could see that she was in a hurry. I took the pick n pay magazine, and asked her if it was free. She assured me that it was for free. When I checked my till slip, I noticed that I was charged R25. I asked her why this was charged and she said that I already took one previously. I accept that pick n pay will charge me if I take the same magazine twice, but why did she say it was free if she could see on the screen it was charged for. I asked her to reverse the transaction, and she told me to go to customer service. She was extremely rude, had a bad attitude and she wasted my time. She should not be working behind a teller and certainly not with the public.
