Extremely Bad *** service from Mpuse/Puseletso

Pnp Letsheng mall has the most disgusting kitchen employees not sure if they were hired according to their stinking attitude or what, so this morning I went there to buy fatcakes which I normally do on Saturdays and Sunday the treatment from the staff there is always the same I mean Bad always, today again no exception but ot was worse coz me and the lady that was assisting me changed few words which was not my intentions since I was only there as a customers , I was the 3rd customer in line waiting for more than an hour reason being that their fellow colleagues will come put in orders while we wait and believe when i say their orders will come 1st we will and say nothing bcoz what can we say we are just poor people from the location who are unemployed just going to Pnp to annoy them not sure why they get annoyed because they are the one's who app**** we were not there and m sure the application clearly stated that PnP Letsheng Mall not Woolwoths Mall of Africa, the lady that assisted me is the one that prepares the fatcake not sure about her name coz she Never wears her Name Badge not sure if she's better than the others who wears theirs i was the 3rd customer in line the 1st cust bought 12 fatcake which was odd since they have the rule that said only 10 per cust so she proceeded helping her without advising her about their rule which is visible to customers so the next cust also said 12 again she did the same no complains nothing then it was my turn I also said 12 Mmmhh the tune changes she was like no customers are only allowed 10 I was so confused I ask her what does she mean coz she just assisted 2 customers without any hussle so why was are not given the same treatment that I just witness she got angry when I question her she said and I qoute "I AM THE ONE SELLING HERE THEREFORE I CAN DO WHATEVER I WANT TO DO" I was so shocked like seriously are they even allowed to pick and choose as to which customers they wanna respect or service better so I also said since I am the one buying i will buy whatever no i wanna buy what she did next was just a cherry on top maybe in her Little mind she thought she was solving me so instead of giving me my order she gave her peers which didn't bother me since I was already in tha queue for more than an hour Pnp u can do better please employ people who wants to work don't force people against their will to be there we cannot be getting this ****ty service while we paying with our money not donations please, I had to ask around for her name since she's bigger than the brand she doesn't respect the Pnp Policy of wearing the name badge the said her name is Mpuse or Ntsoaki I can't remember that staff maybe will destroy the Brand name the Pnp reputation she belongs at Shoprite
