Extremely bad service

So ****ed off by 2 pick n pay maponya employee her name tag Jabulile(happiness Phadi )and Mpho , went there on my lunch time and it's still month end and sassa payments pick npay ques are long asking to pay as my lunch is 30min ,I ran from pillar to post both employee made me a joke at pick npay I felt so embarrassed telling me to pay at the less than 5 item tills other other hand Mpho from the less than 5 item refused that I must pay and it's not the 1st time this happens at this pick n pay their cashiers don't respect customers,I don't know maybe they think they own this pick n pay I'm so angry at this moment just to pay for 3 items it won't take even 2 mins
