Extremely bad service

I have experienced the same bad customer experience from pick n pay pharmacy in little falls, from the same lady. She's slender and has short hair. Wow, what a rude pharmacist!!! The first encounter I had with her was when I went to buy something at the pharmacy and she said there's a new process that I need to follow to get what I was looking for. I asked wheh did it change coz I had bought the same this recently and they did not ask for anything so I'm a bit surprised. Instead of explaining to me the new process she then discussed me with her colleagues right in front of me, one of her colleagues even decided to come help me herself. As this was enough she then discussed me the client that was after myself as I left the counter that how I am surprised by the process and laughed about it. I don't know what customer privacy she has or they have in place in that pharmacy but they were completely violated!!.thar was months ago, ever since then I had avoided going to that pharmacy,,. Today when I when I went there, I bought eye drops. The same lady assisted me, I told her I need eye drops for my eyes, with an attitude, huge frown on her face, shrugging her shoulders she says "Yes, you saying you want eye drops but eye drops for what, what's wrong with your eyes" I was shocked that even after months she still had that attitude. I don't know whether she gets annoyed easily or what but her attitude is disgusting for the job she has!!!
