Extremely bad service.

I normally enjoy shopping at this store the one in the main road in the same building as virgin active but I have to speak about what happened on Friday the 24th of June.I originally went to the PnP in Cape Town to withdraw money at the till but it was so full that I decided to go to the one in Claremont and do my transaction there. Only to find out there is no money for a withdrawal and the cashiers were extremely rude about it.They were not doing me a favour I came in as a customer and expected better service..Why do you offer a cashback service but you have no cash in the till and the shop closes at 7pm?Rather stop offering it if you are going to push a client from pillar to post and give them an unpleasant experience in your store.This has happened several times now and there is always a story with the cashiers.You need to train your people to be kind to people of all races not just smile in the face of one.Tracy was able to stort out the issue after running around like a headless chicken looking for money but I must say that would have not been needed if proper provisions were put into place.Your cashiers also need customer service training because what I experienced on friday was an epic fail..Maybe it is time to upgrade to Woolworths.I am tired of bad service.
