Extremely bad service

I went to Kempton Gate pick n pay to grab few things and I decided to go play lottery at same time and I was assisted by a Khuthadzo Kwinda who was very rude and impatient with me . She told me why am giving her one lottery ticket at time to cash it and I asked her what difference does it make she told me she prefers to do it that way and in future I must just do it according to her instructions and that's it. I told her as a client she is not treating me well and she responded with an undermining manner and told me that she was not going to assist me further and she left me standing on my own her colleague had to come to my rescue. Now I have never seen such in my entire life its like she was doing me a favour and to top it all she didn't have a name tag on her shirt I had to find her name from her colleague and the till slip.Such treatment it's totally unacceptable I hope pick n pay looks into this because I left the shop very bitter after I just attended church.
