Extremely bad mannered and unprofessional employees

Pick n pay at Kagiso (westrand), has the worst disrespectful and unprofessional employees (not all) one in particular by the name of Kutlwano. I've never had to encounter such bad service in my entire life. I'm very disappointed at the service received there. My assumption is most costumers are treated like trash there and poor people have no platform to complain because those employees disrespect their customers infront og the management. That pick n pay doesn't value customers because this is not my first encounter with such bad experience with the same person.
