Extremely bad customer service

On the 6th of August 2022 around 18:16 I visited pick n pay Goldman for few items but one 1 item was on marked down and had to be authorized, so the cashier by the name of LUCIA SETALA shouted for it and when one came after 5mns or more l told her I was rushing can't she's call for someone else and rudely responded no as there's only one supervisor the whole store and I said how so such a reputable company and just bluntly ignored me,I requested to see the manager and when I was addressing the issue with him she kept on interfering without any regard for his manager, her service is extremely poor and regret visiting that store as this is not the first time experiencing this kind of service
