Extremely bad attitude

I arrived at the door at 15h03. I understand the closing time is 15h00. But the way the guard spoke to me was disgusting. Basically no customer service at all. The least he could ha en said was to redirect me to another mall. Instead he was rude in his words and very arrogant. This needs to be dealt with. I'm very disappointed at this bebehaviour. .
