EXTREME RUDENESS BY MANAGER/SUPERVISOR, BAD CUSTOM

About 30 minutes ago, i purchased few items, the Robertson Winery Dry White Wine's price did not correspond with the price displayed at the shelf. The shelf price was R22, the till price was R26.<br> Just infront of me had this policy displayed: Double the difference - If any item scans at a higher price than displayed on shelf and the barcode corresponds, we will give you the item at the marked price, PLUS double the difference off the first item and the subsequent items at the lower price.The Cashier was clueless as to how the policy works, i then explained to her something like this happened thrice at other pick n pays, and then u get the item for free and the next item half, i could see it has changed when i looked at new policy. still cashier was clueless.She called Supervisor/Manager called CLEMENTINE, the lady was extremely rude, told me the policy does not apply to alcohol, i then informed her that on the policy displayed there were no Exclusions, to a point i told her of my past experience at Northgate mall joburg where similar thing happend buying wine, they gave me the wine for free. She then started acting up, acting rreally childish, telling me to learn liquor laws, im t
