Extreme rudeness and bad attitude

Cig Counter: There were quite a few customers and the till was closed. I waited with some other customers and when ghe employee (Zodwa) returned, she, turned to me (ONLY)and said to move to back of queue. I asked is she still closed, she said yes and requested 2 pkts of Vogue Slim cigs to take to another till and she said \I will give when you pay them". This did not make sense to me"
