extreme performance
It's about the extreme performance or service one can render to customers despite the challengesthey face. I was at pick 'n pay KEY WEST in Krugersdorp on September 3rd, a certain lady by the name LEBO assisted us as we were looking for prices on the shelves, they differed with the specials catalogs which was confusing. She was running to and from the scanner double checking the prices despite limping, the operation on her leg did not deter her. She aslo went to look for Colgate that wasn't packed on the shelf. Today again she was of help. A big shout out and applause to her. keep it up girl shine

I'm only expressing my appreciation by complimenting Lebo for her harwork to encourage her and maybe her colleague as well It wasn't a query, I don't understand the undermentioned statement plus the sms I received with reference ***. Perhaps that's how pick n pay operates.
