Express Tills Snails Pace

Was at a Pick N Pay Hyper today . Joined the express queue. Had +_ 15 customers lined up for service. Took like 10 minutes to be served as only 3 cashiers were on duty and no management or supervisor was visible to avoid this . Should have just remained in the normal queue to pay . Not acceptable by my standards. Time was of the essence. Cashier said lunch break time so no cashiers . Really now !!!!!
