Express till not very Express!!!!!

I visited Pick n Pay Howick yesterday - Fairways on Main - around 4.40PM. I had 3 items so I joined the express till line. The man on the till was so slow! I wondered how they can call this "Express"!!! When it was my turn at the till a lady came from somewhere else and sat at the till next to the man. She asked him if anyone had noticed she was gone. When he said no one had noticed she bragged about how you can leave the till and no one even notices. Surely there should be a manager on the floor monitoring cashiers?? I now see why the express till was not express, because 2 cashiers were supposed to be there but one had decided to leave.

This is not the first time I have had poor service at this store... I dont know why I keep going back!
