EXPRESS TILL MY BUTT

I was at the Chris Hani shopping mall Tuesday evening at around 5ish. I only had three items to pay for. There was a sign for the Express Till but no one was there. Since the Kiosk was empty, I went to the lady and she said that only bills are paid there now and asked where are the Cashiers for the Express Till and she sent me to Nosi, the lady in charge. I asked her and she said that the cashiers for the Express Tills abazanga (they not at work) and I was like I wont wait on a long queue while there a clear sign stating express and she said theres nothing she can do for me. Like nothing. I have never in my life heard a Manager say that to a client. I said it's ridiculous and she agreed sarcasticly and repeated 'there's nothing I can do for you". I took a pic of the empty Express till and the staff watched and while giglling said 'black people are full of drama'. I know the store is based in the township but I don't expect 'township' service. What's even disturbing is that I went to Shoprite and there was a lady, bored, and present in the Express Till. Please tell Nosi to learn how to communicate as a manager as I believe I would have told one of the 10 cashiers to go to the express till and once they are complete with the client, then call a heavier load customer because the tills are all in one row but I don't know anything and she can't help me with anything.
