Express for eternity

This afternoon i needed to get a few (woman) things from your northgate hyper, i landed up taking 3 items to the total of R600. I saw how almost none of your tills were open and decided to go to the express till. I waited to 40 minutes in your express till. what the *****, how the hell is express a 40 minute encounter. Your excuses were that everyone is on lunch. Now firstly retail should not be taking lunch during corporate lunch hours. I am a personal assistant to a managing director, i do not even have time for a 20 minute lunch never mind 40 minutes standing in a que.

However i waited it out because you have only 1 lady on the till and i need a new pair of pants and menstrual things. So i come to the conclusion that i should wait although theres about 20 people behind me too. Eventually just before i get helped you tell me its a cash only till.

I walked right out of there and thank you Pick n Pay for the embarresment for the rest of my day. I will not even refer you to my worst enemy. I am horrified!!!
