Exploding stove door

My daughter had a mini stove , two plates with a little oven underneath with a glass door. After cooking one evening the door of the unit just exploded spraying glass shards throughout kitchen. Neither her or her roommate sustained any injury other than minor cuts but this could have been far worse. I work outside the country and was not able to go to the store so I contacted , or tried to, pick n pay via its customer site. I made three attempts to make contact on the following dates with the following PnP acknowledgement references and have yet have any one contact me - 14/8/2014 - 420347, 25/8/2014 - 421529 and 13/11/2014 for which a reply with nothing on it was recieved
