Expiry of points without any warning !!!
Every month i spend a substantial amount of money at any given Pick 'n Pay store / s. I just realized that over 80 % of my shopper points VANISHED, and without any warning, SMS or otherwise. All other stores / companies with the same type of system warn the clients before in advance, that an X amount of the points is expiring at a certain date. But by the looks of it, NOT Pick 'n Pay !!!
Well if i was spending ; say for instance R 50000.00 a year that amount will now be reduced to less than 95% or ONLY emergency shopping at Pick 'n Pay, because it's not on my way home !!! YES : I USED to GO OUT of my way to go there !!!
So if they don't mind or even care to loose a customer .... then, just do absolutely nothing !!!
NOT ACCEPTABLE !!!

Kindly note Smart Shopper points are valid for 12 months from the time they’re earned. The best way not to lose your PnP rewards is to make sure you spend them from time to time. We always use your oldest points first so use your points to save even more on every day shopping or treat yourself to something special. You can switch points on the app or via the kiosk.
We are sorry you didn't receive the communication that points are valid for 12 months from earning date via our emails or on till slips.
We have escalated to have your deleted points re-instated, the points will reflect within 7 business days.
