Expiry Date. Different packaging size. Bad attitud
Sorry 3 items. Normally order monthly thru on line services to Pick n Pay. This is then passed to the nearest branch. Well we had loafs of bread missing in the beginning but it seems to have sorted itself out. This month was another. We order 35 x 2litrre milk every month, today I checked the dates. Now being 27th you'd expect the BB date of around 12th, 14th. Sorry our milk was dated BB 28/3. That's tomorrow @ normal price R22. I know Checkers sell BB milk today's date @ R10 per 2litre. Why am I paying top price for milk that will expire tomorrow. Because it's bulk they get rid of dated milk this way. Also sugar that normally is in 2.5kg packaging now is 2.kg, but I was charged for 2.5kg. Decided to call on the branch, receptionist could only contact the person with Wilkie talkie, beautiful, as I can hear the conversation. The more the receptionist told him I'm in front of her the more he refused to come to the front to help me. Of course im listening to every word his saying. Not very polite either to me THE Customer or the staff member who you were instructing to take my number and you'll get back maybe this afternoon. Amazing how surprised I was 1/2 hour later to get my stuff
