Expired toilet sheets

Good day,

I purchased online at pnp ASAP 2 packets of 24 rolls 2ply baby soft toilet paper on the 26/04/2026. With expired sheets being thin and not thick and soft. (Expiring date 03/2026 I have laid a complaint directly to the supplier on the 28/04/2026 and their feedback to me was they will give me voucher with the amount of rolls I have used hence their response was on the 08/05/2026. Please note from that time i had no choice but to use the toilet paper and used one packet almost finished to get a voucher of the amount rolls I used meaning they leaving me with the expired sheets and not supplying new packet's which is really disappointing as I paid a lot money for these two packets to only receive a voucher. They are expecting me to use old toilet paper. Terrible!!
