Expired stock on the floor

On the 14th of June I was shopping at pick n pay in vosloorus, as I was shopping for Port trotters I made my way to the butchery were the trotters are kept! To my surprise I found more than two packs of trotters that had expired 4 days ago, with 7 years of working in retail this was a bad reflection on the management. How do you run a store and not do a floor work to check if dates are still up to standard, that's a small store for such to have happened. What annoyed me the most is I called out a butchery stuff to show him what I have discovered, he couldn't care less that a customer is digging through out fridge and pulling out expired stock. He walked away as I continued to pull out more expired trays. No customer service whatsoever from him and he gave attitude, I have pictures might post them on Twitter. This was an absolute disgrace and embarrassment to the whole management team of pick n pay Vosloorus.
