I wrote to the customer care centre reporting long life milk that was off on the 12th January, no one from their division has bothered to come back to me. I sent a follow up email on the 18th- still nothing

05 Feb 2021, 23:09After I wrote my review, pick n pay responded. they sent an email where I was required to fill in more information about the product in question. The email was responded to on the 26th Jan- I havent heard anything from anyone since!!!!! I'm gutted
