Expired products sold

I am extremely disappointed with Pick'n Pays product quality and ability to communicate with their customers.

During December our family went shopping for Christmas and the festive season. When unpacking these goods we one by one picked up products that were past their expiry date. We managed to exchange a fruittree juice but due to us already planning on go on holiday we were unable to do so with the rest of the products. I emailed picknpay on the 4th January not only informing them about the expired goods, milk that curdled before its expiry date and me seeing ****roaches on their bakery products they still haven't gotten back to me to give a courtesy call.

I've got images of all these products and it could even be linked to the smart shopper card. We have been loyal customers to picknpay, but this experience has definitely left a wrong taste in our mouth.
