Expired products covered with me expire dates and sold

I am extreamly disappointed with pick n pay Cornubia, last night i bought cheese and wen i got home i found it was smelly, sticky and rotten i look at the expire date and fair enough it was the 5/07/18 which means according to that sticker it is not expired, after inspecting the product i found there was another sticker under the top 1 and when i peeled the top one off THE EXPIRE DATE WAS THE 23/06/2018 WHICH MEANS THAT THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN FOUND AND TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT THAT IT WAS EXPIRED BUT COVERED WITH A NEW EXPIRE DATE AND STILL SOLD TO CUSTOMERS KNOWING THAT IT IS ALREADY OFF. I EXPECT SOME SORT OF EXPLANATION!!!
