Expired Long Life Milk

An order was placed on pnp asap for Long Life Milk, which was expired and past it's Sell-By date. The response received was that the milk was purchased a day before expiry from whoever handles the Customer Service for online orders. Which I think is a ridiculous response considering that the milk was picked out by a Pick n Pay affiliate and not by ourselves.
