Expired juice on the shelves

My husband went to pick n pay Montclair mall and bought some stuff with the pick n pay brand juice 100% today i checked the juice has best b4 18/03/2020. Why was it in the shelf in tje first place i called customer care today and spoke to Nomfundo Ndimeni who did not even want to listen to me she just told me they are off line she cant even take my details i must call them after and hour iam so ****ed if we get sick you are responsible for the bill
