Expired juice

Here I was thinking pick n pay sells good food. Trusting as I was I don't check any expiry dates on their food coz I trust them.

On Saturday I bought my groceries and in there I bought my house holds favourite juice (red g****. Pick n pay brand 1 liter)

When my daughter drank it she noticed some funny taste but as she's only 9 she didn't say much.

When my husband n i had a sip we could taste its old n rotten

What I can not get. Why sell something that expired a month ago
