Expired Items and billing not correct

I have bought an expiredUltra Mel Delight at Pick n Pay Auckland park Campus square,when I realised this I sent an e-mail to their customer service and no 1 responded,2day later i called their customer service toll free number the lady that took my call said the store manager will contact me as its their query,to date Im still waiting
