Pick N Pay is selling expired items. I went to the Linton Grange Pick N Pay yesterday 2/3/2023 and saw saw PNP had Fresh Milk on special which was a PNP brand, 2 for 1 special. The front milk showed expiry date 4/3/2023, the milk behind had an expiry date of the 1/03/2023. PEOPLE please be aware of how a big name branded store like PICK N PAY is ripping the customers off...

03 Mar 2023, 10:04Sorry forgot to mention I also emailed the pick n pay customer service / customer care yesterday 2/03/2023 and no one has gotten back to me as yet this is how bad PICK N PAY service has become. They do not care about the custo.ers only their profits.

07 Mar 2023, 12:32So today is the 7th of the month and I have been promised that someone from the Pick n Pay Linton Grange Store and the regional customer manager would be in contact with me that was on the 4t March. It just shows how utterly disgusting PICK N PAY Services have gotten especially for the LINTON GRANGE branch absolutely pathetic customer services. I deal with clients on a daily basis and always get great feedback just because I made it my duty to handle the situation. But PICK N PAY has just become the worse store with because their customer service sucks and the follow up is utterly disgraceful. PEOPLE STOP BUYING FROM PICK N PAY.
NOTE : when there is issues like this at other store they compensate their customers with a R500 or R1000 shopping voucher for all the inconvenience.
