Expired item on the fridge
I shop for my monthly groceries at PicknPay always and I trust that their items are always fresh. On the 24th of September, I went to PicknPay in Sharon Park as it is close to my parents house for my monthly groceries instead of Carnival where I usually shop. One of the items I purchased was the Enterprise Chicken spread.
I didn't check the expiry date as I didn't think that PicknPay are becoming like this other store where they leave expired items on the shelves.

When I got home and wanted to use the product, I realised that the sell by date was actually 14th September. I asked myself what that product was still doing on the shelve if the sell by date has long passed especially for something as sensitive as a chicken product.

I live in Boksburg and I cannot go back to Sharon Park to complain about this but I am seriously disappointed with PicknPay for this.
I just want an explanation as to why that product was still being sold knowing very well that the sell by date had long passed.
