Expired Healthcare Products sold on Reduced to Clear!

Lodged two complaints (first being 06/02/2020) regarding the store (Hyper Centurion Lifestyle) selling expired healthcare products on Reduced to Clear. App**** an afterburn product to a child, when the symptoms worsened, I noticed the product was three months expired. The GM of the store refuses to take my call. I have followed up with Customer Care 5 times - they keep telling me they will escalate to the Regional Office. I want answers as to why the store reduces the price of items that they know are expired.
