Expired goods/disappointed loyal customer

I've always ordered with asap pick n pay and believe me when I say it has always delivered good things and everything was okay. Till today, I'm not a person to go out and buy groceries I love ordering and just do my things at home, opened my cardboard today and realised I just want to cook spaghetti today, I've ordered three packets of those and they were delivered in time also. To my suprise when I opened I found black moving things like bucks the spaghetti didn't look good as it looked like it was hit by a heat now when u add water to it it dissolved and turned into powered. I've sent countless emails and Facebook inboxes no response I have received regarding the matter I even sent pictures to them but ey seems like they do not care. Pick n pay I want my refund asap please. Order number #***
